Keymaster......If scenerio # 3 is correct, then this translates into someone(?) forking down 330K to purchase 1.9 billion shares. Then they had to ;

sell 3.30 billion at .0001 or
sell 1.65 billion at .0002 or
sell 1.10 billion at .0003 or
sell 825 million at .0004.......just to break even !

If this was my intent I sure would put out a few PR's to atleast pump the stock.

If my calculations are right since September 18 thru yesterday 7.2 billion shares have been traded. Once the buying stopped I really don't see days where a large amount of dilution is supported by the volume. Especially with nearly 300 new boardmarks, I am sure alot of this volume since the buying stopped, can be attributed to newcommers like myself.

In addition, I have read posts from Servc (buy the way congats !) that state they have to hold for six months. If they elect to sell they can only attain their total purchase price.

I guess a question I have is "Does anyone know the process for "verifying the data" on a form 4"?
