For all those who are making PURELY speculative posts with NO EVIDENCE to back it up.

WHAT did PAVC say was the reason behind the 2 year restriction of our shares? It was to have time to build the company and provide future growth.

Well... guess what? 2 acquistions and a merger that will garner us MUCH upside: Preferred Stock 1 for 1, potential for a bigger board OFF the Pinks, etc...

I think that PAVC has DONE what it said it was going to do. Did it dillute like a few here have said it would? No. Did it complete its Reportings on time and NOT get the (E) placed on its stock symbol? No. Did it do an R/S since PAVC became the main symbol? No.

BUT... these posters would have you beleive that PAVC will do these things based on? NOTHING.

While PAVC had followed through to this point in what it said it would do when the shares were restricted a year or so ago.


Who are you going to beleive? A company that has so far followed through with its end? Or posters here making massive assumptions (IMO) and have YET to show one single iota of this occurring.

PPS is out of the control of a company. It is IN the control of brokers, MM's, etc...

And it wasnt PAVC who put this stock on the Bremmen Stock Exchange was it?
