Terrorballs, with that threshold list...

CBAY not being on that list is a "fact" and I will figure out how to add it to an updated version of that earlier history post I made sometime tomorrow. I'm running on fumes right now and must get some sleep.

I think there are many companies that are not on that list that definitely should be on that list. I will call key regulatory authorities tomorrow to discuss with them their process for determining how a stock "actually" makes that list versus what is published. Either the process is broke or there hasn't been as much naked shorting going on as we all have been thinking. I lean towards the process being still broke. I will research and report back what I am told.
