ALBANY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 11, 2004--Vision Real Estate Management and Development, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VRMD - News), is updating all shareholders and potential investors on the status of the proposed acquisition of OM Companies, which was announced on January 22, 2004.
Vision Real Estate Management and Development is pleased to report that the due diligence process with OM Companies is ahead of schedule and the company believes that the closing of the acquisition of OM Companies will close sooner that anticipated.
