Wow – LOTS of variables in this release – does nobody understand what the following mean?

“reassembly and a refitting”

“require that propulsion and the automated stability systems be re- evaluated and possibly upgraded”

“refit and upgraded”


Translation – they are still nowhere near ready to fly this pig…
