A moderator can instantly HIDE a post from the board. Nobody can see it. It is instantly Star Trek'd to my Admin screen where I review when I check that screen. If I agree with deletion, it stays. If not, I restore it.

Any post can be removed. But they are only permanently gone after I sign off on them. If they aren't a TOS, I restore them.
