MATT, is the only one with the authority to delete a post, moderators may recommend posts to be
deleted but Matt reveiws them all and has the final say.
It's my understanding that it doesn't work this way in practice. But Matt can clarify.
Matt -- please clarify specifically --
1. can a moderator remove a post by him- or her-self without any action by you? Or can a moderator only request that a post be deleted, and it isn't deleted until YOU hit the delete button?
2. Can posts be deleted even if they don't violate any of the TOU?
There seems to be some confusion about all this.
