Hi Doug, there is a big difference between 3.1 and 3.11! If I remember correctly 3.11 is the windows for workgroups 3.11. Which I have a copy of, but I don't know if the floppy's are any good or not. I looked at their windows 3.11 page. https://www.access-4-free.com/Support/windows311.htm It shows them using the Shiva-Remote Dialer program. Which came with Netscape, and I think IE 3 or 4. But any dialer except AOL should work. If I remember you had to install a upgrade to windows, 32s or something like that, and then install IE 3. I think you already have the 32s upgrade installed.
I think I would reinstall the IE program, AOL sometime mess with it.
You should have no problem with the dos browser, it comes with a dialer program. Just plug the phone number in and user name and password.

You said that you are using the 3.1 windows, are you using the smartdrive disk cache program?
