So far, the results have shown up on their website within a few days after the hearings. I don't expect the Oct 15th hearing to reveal anything astounding. I expect that to come later; maybe weeks from now. I think it will be several months before we, the public will know the outcome of that case and all the effects to Cal-Bay. That lawsuit alone is plenty of reason for roger to disappear, and it is not his only pursuer.
