Just joking Janice. I hope all have been well with you. You know your thoughts are always greatly respected. I always thought that any kind of settlement would be done behind closed doors as CBAY has much to bargain with to even throw in some gravy on top to make a private settlement that much "mo better" in my opinion.

CBAY has a very interesting story. I almost think that if you stick around and research it a bit, you might like what is happening. I know how much you don't like penny stocks, but heck, you might even pick up a few shares. I'll create a summary post for you that might help to get you caught up rather quickly on many events. I know you are going to do you own DD and probably won't need it, but I will help you out a little anyways. Somebody else just hearing about CBAY too might need it.
