Why does it list under "Multiple CREDITOR Parties," the ones who receive the benefit of the judgment, people who have nothing to do with CBAY? I think the dismissal actually applies to Robinson Property Management LLC, as listed here:

Also notice that Robinson Property Management LLC is listed as an inactive defendant since 9/11/07 here:

I have no intention to bash, just trying to get the facts straight.
