11-20-2000. Struthers responded to some additional comments via an AMENDMENT to it's current form 10-12G on file. This is a good sign in this regard, imo. Of course, a no comment letter was much preffered. However, this quick response, filed to comments that could not have been recieved more than a few days ago, imo, is hopefully a very good sign that this initial registration process is just about completed, and that STRU will be relisted to the OTC within the next couple of weeks or so.
