you will see that on Monday October 15th, final judgment will be entered against cbay for probably 50 of the las vegas properties. I find no entry of appearance by cal bay or an answer. If you nosey around the site , you will find that a month ago the plaintiffs had a property manager appointed to manage these properties. You really think cal bay paid the taxes. It was the plaintiffs who are getting their properties back on monday. there are 30 some plaintiffs in addition to the main plaintiff.

the pumpers are selling as they are pumping. jmho. Really, a default judgment only takes as long to get as it takes plaintiffs lawyers to get the judge to sign it.
