In June PAVC was trading for over $1 Then the price started to drop with little volume. I think the two compaines had to be talking way before Oct 6 to be giving deadlines like the 15 Oct. Why would you give $73 mil a year away, for .12 times 42 mil shares($5,040,000).

If Pavc dont do the deal and everything goes thru they would have a market cap of over 76 million and pps 1.80 forget what the mms are doing.....The numbers don't lie
