CHICAGO, Feb 12, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CNA Financial Corporation (NYSE:CNA) today reported net income for the fourth quarter of 2003 of $174 million, or $0.67 per share, as compared with net income of $50 million, or $0.21 per share, for the same period in 2002.
