SPIN: It pleases me when you take care to label what you're writing as something you presume to be the case or something you suspect to be true. Much better than when you publish your presumptions and suspicions without labeling them as such.

I take it that you agree that if there is any mutuality of obligation on the "vig" then it is forged in some document we've not seen.
