USF11, that IS the Million dollar question. If the true OS was not 41M, then he could NOT have taken control to oust P with the purchase of 37M... but he did!..and it is documented legally. If that was not possible, one would think with P's pump machine working 24/7 he would have been all over this publicly, but he is not/ did not.

I still think the 41M is correct LEGALLY... higher illegally maybe .... and the reason for buying up the 1.9B?....

We don't know ... yet. But if you could spend $330k to make millions (even if you had to burn the 1.9B shares to eliminate them forever) wouldn't you do it?... I think he knows he can... assets, lawsuit win..?, and a short squeeze to nail their asses to the wall.......jmo ...
