My best guess is a minimum of 385M and possibly up to as many as 4 billion. But I am leaning more toward the billions figure. I think roger increased the a/s as he was tanking the company, and had friends buy them in hopes of pumping the stock artificially with PRs, filings, etc. so he could have them sell and he could drain still more dollars out of CBAY. I think he tried everything he could think of to drain dollars from CBAY until there were no more believers to scam. Finally there were no more believers and no bid. It would take some pretty shrewd shenanigans to get new people to buy this stock after that. However, if anyone person could accomplish that it would be roger. All above JMO; I have no proof that I can offer.
