Sorry off hand I can't find it. There were two posters that called the T/A and said the same thing unless I miss read them. Did find this one that may be of interest to you.

No...TA is not gagged...Pawson tried to raise O/S and T/A declined him...TA set up a meeting with Pawson and he failed to show...TA then terminated the relationship with CalBay...this was communicated to me in multiple conversations I have had with Integrity so please do not inundate them with phone calls...I call once a week and there have been no new developments in the last two weeks...they have not been contacted by Pawson or by Rizvi...not sure what happens from here but the bottom line is that without a TA Pawson can not raise O/S and Integrity refused to do so for him (prompting the meeting which he never showed)...so it does not matter that the A/S is 6B...O/S i still most likley under 4B and with 1.9B shares most likely Rizvi has his majority control and may be switching to a new TA...in my opinion of course
