No, I really can't guess. IMO, ANY guess would not be an honest one because none of us have any facts to support a guess. Sure, you could take a WAG at U.S. investors based on those we know or have heard about, but you can't discount the fact that the PDRE likely goes far beyond I-hub or just U.S. investors.
