I got a Redwood cold call today too. They must have had my name and phone number from last year (I sold most of my position a few months back and holding a small amount of free shares). Thought it was odd that they called out of the blue and "Christian" seemed to be very intent on making sure that I knew what a huge opportunity this could be for USSE. Said he couldn't give details, but it was a Fortune 500 company that Rivera met with in Houston awhile back and they are very close to inking the deal. He even had the cajones to state that he thought USSE would hit 50cents based on the initial PR about this deal. Funny thing to me was that I just said "uh-huh" and "OK" during the whole conversation and he continued to go on for about ten minutes, often repeating the same talking points from recent PR's. I was expecting him to start asking me how many more shares I would be buying soon and if I had any relative who were interested. I've always held out a small hope that this company could surprisingly have something close to what it claims, but now I'm 100% sure its a scam. Sounds like someone is desparate to prop up the share price. Maybe selling shares at the current price is no longer paying the bills or paying Redwood? I guess we'll find out soon enough since this deal is apparently imminent.
