Redwood did the same thing this spring, calling up people and telling them that SSTP was going to go to the moon. Obviously that's Redwood acting in their capacity as a boiler room. It would be interesting to hear one of those conversations.

I wouldn't doubt some new 'news' is around the corner, though. The Dominican Republic deal in "4 to 6 weeks" is in it's fifth week and they are undoubtedly looking for another shiny object with which to dazzle shareholders.
