Marriage of technicals and fundamentals: In an up market one of our newest target sectors for pullback IS QUITE DOWN! The market is not to be looked at as whole completely (of course we even had a COMPX chart today on our newsletter and have had SOX earlier this week so we are very cognizant of support/resistance) There is just more to this market than technical analysis and chart patterns. A better way is the marriage of fundamentals and technicals especially after an earnings season where all the companies were virtually laid bare and stripped of a lot the "padding" and overvaluation.

Getting JNPR yesterday on the day it was #1 "where most of the money is flowing in IBD" and utilizing it to find the weak stocks that might be shortable again and the long (strong stocks) that might recover after HEALTHY pullbacks.
