S&P 500 & Nasdaq Analysis and Trends

The S&P will go down about 100-200 points, they will make the call and everything will be right in the world. *not my opinion. I'm in the hold for 15k on the DOW camp.*

The thing about their call was that the market is only up about 5% off their call which is not a significant performance for the year, while being 10% up buy and hold wise.

I know this gets complicated but I wonder what happens to the performance if you use a strategy of buy and hold on the 4 year cycle\presidential cycle and then going back to a sell in may buy in October plan.
