Yes, the deal is just too good to pass up. This deal is of the highest quality in a while in the semi industry. I've seen much lower quality deals in the past.

Besides, it's obvious that the ruling family disdain dealing w/ Wall St. and short-term expectation. The brothers are technologists at heart. They rather hire someone else to deal w/ the St.

The fact that they are not looking hard at all for the CFO, COO, Gen Counsel, VP of Compliance, IR Dir, VP of Worldwide Sales, COB, 3 indep BODs speaks volume.
