Nerd, it looks like they're moving everything around behind conveniently closed doors "imposed" by the SEC....Most probably to the benefit of insiders!

I cannot see why GTEM has had any difficulty in coming up with such simple financials for it to take so long, unless they are purposely doing it while the SEC investigation functions as a smoke-screen for their other business.

If you recall correctly, during Huff's tenure he wanted nothing to do with patents, but as soon as the 2Ks came on board, one of the first things said was that GTEM would immediately seek obtaining the patents to its innovative technology. I would assume that any new patent would be material information, but to date we have not seen, to my knowledge, any PR to this effect.

Last but not least, Kostro has always been and is Caterham's boy, however absolutety nothing has been said about this "major" investor for quite a while. Why is that?
