Here's a question...what the hell are they getting by acquiring TAO?

Intellectual Property? Office supplies? A finished blimp??? Certainly there were no assets of any value mentioned in the PR. It sounds like GTEM is just buying the employees (if any) and paying their buddy Dr. Kroplin. And if it is just employees is there really a need to buy the company rather than contract out/JV with them?

...Just another interesting little shell of a company for GTEM to do business with. Go GTEM!
