glaszman,Could be, but I think there is much more to it than that, as the method to clear NSS, would be to issue Fed calls, not stop trading.

For whatever reason Megas has it in his mind that we should sue brokers, and somehow they obtained fake shares (not NSS) but fake physical certs, ( as coinsguy/imsoweary stated) my question is how could they have possibly obtain them?
