NS and FTD may be normal, but it is not acceptable according to the brokers and the DTCC.

the DTCC denied the very existence of them just two years ago. (when this got halted)

i believe the DTCC was caught looking the other way one too many times, and this one was just too "good" of an opportunity for the regular NS players to pass up.
the amounts of NS here blew everybodys (in the know) mind i bet...
