What happened to the Cortex board I used to know? Where's the spirit? This IND decision could be the start of the best period in Cortex's history, but you guys are painting it as the worst.

Even if there's another delay, nothing is over until WE say it's over. Was it over when the German's bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no, and it ain't over now. When the going gets tough, the tough get going.

Now, if the FDA stiffs us again, we could fight them with conventional weapons, but that could take years and cost millions of test animals. No, in this case I think we have to go all out - this situation would absolutely require a really futile and stupid gesture be gone on somebody's part -- and we're just the guys to do it. A truckload of fizzies in the fountain at FDA headquarters isn't going to cut it. No, we have to take these guys.
