At the end of the Sep quarter they had less than one, maybe 1.5 quarter burn rate, thus getting them to this quarter, the $7 MM from November bought them maybe another quarter or two, getting them to, at best, the middle of the year, thus my suggestion of another financing in April/May you don't wait till the last second to get financing, or you run the risk of a financial accident)
