Brilliant assessment! When you commit a hostile takeover like that do you have to file an 8K or no because they are not required to report?

If this is on fact a RM then we are in for a real treat picking up shares at these prices. RM are my favorite plays and the ones I have made unbelieveable amounts of $$$$$$$ in!
