as an example: if you file form 4 you got to wait 6 months to sell. If you do not file form 4, which you have not to do in pink, you can sell at anytime.
What I do not know is the following:
you are in pink and you did not file form 4. After 3 months you get out of pink. Can you still sell then or are you suddenly stick to the 6 month waioting period.
