I've known Zeev since 1995 and he does not short any stocks.
Zeev has explained many times the math behind "shorting" does
not work.
But he may ride WAVX up

Let's hope the reason for the coming rise in WAVX is the
increase in revenue. For revenue will be the only reason
WAVX moves UP and STAYS UP. IMHO.
