snow...there's nothing wrong with reasoning. That's what we're all trying to do here. Hopefully, you won't fanatically get stuck on some idea, shoving aside real evidence and correct reasoning. Some good reasoning was shown by posters in regards your feelings about SPZI's "bad news" today. Also, about some of your other concerns. Please consider their reasonings, too.
It is quite good.
In general, though, when a shareholder is not happy with the revealed strategy of a company (SPZI in this case), and all reasoning fails to convince him of its benefit, then it would be wise to sell and move on.
PS: How would you like it, if someone were to deride you for your nationality? I'm sure your nationality has its share of characteristics, which might be used against you. BTW, I'm not American.
