Runandadd: I have no knowledge of TAO Technologies other than their less than glorious website. They might also be in severe financial stress as well as GTEM. Why would any mainline company want to go into partnership with one on the brink of financial disaster? GTEM already has a track record in Germany.

I personally think that today's PR is nothing more than a cover-up to hide the fact that the Strat was a dismal failure. In putting out this PR, I believe it was intended to hide the fact that the Strat has been scrapped. I suspect GTEM will ship a few components over to Germany which will tend to validate the PR verbage. But I don't see anything of significant size being shipped overseas other than batteries, motors, flight controls. I think the remainder will hit the trash bin.

Another thought: If TAO were in front of the so-called airship technological envelope, why would they even consider selling 50% of thier stock to GTEM? Somehow I derive the mental image of two severely wounded soldiers assisting one another off a battlefield. Why didn't TAO sell 49% or some lesser figure? No, it is 50% which tells me that they too are probably hard up for cash. For GTEM, this isn't a strategic partnership - it is a REFUGE.

No man should be considered totally useless....because he can always serve as a bad example.
