How can you call this negative spin? Please come back and report to the board ANY other "letter of intent" this company put forward that amounted to ANYTHING. Negative spin indeed - it's called past history being and indicator of future performance. The fact I and other point out that this is not a binding agreement (unlike the Russian deal) is relevant and germane.
