Azerbaijan translation...

I tried translating the text at: http://64.22.83.117/

but it's slow going, one word at a time, and not all the words are recognized. Maybe spelling variations or Unicode gaffs. But I did confirm that "Az?rbaycan" (from the page) is "Azerbaijan." If someone has time to kill, they could probably sort it out via this site.

Google displays in Azerbaijani, but doesn't have a translator. Nor Babelfish. I'll look for more web solutions when I have time (swamped with client work presently).
