Zeev,

Also, management, IMHO, spends way too much time answering private e-mails from investors. They should have a blanket "when there is something to anounce, we will issue a press release" reponse. But instead, they answer any question posed to them.

How do I know this? When one of the shareholders writes and gets a response, the sharholder sends it someone, who then passes it along, and so on. Sometimes I receive 5 or 6 copies of the same e-mail from various sources (all within 3 to 4 hours of one another).

The Wave shareholder groups run deep. Everyone knows one another and thinks that their "private" messages don't get distributed, but they do.

IMHO, management knows this and relies on it as a way of "managing expectations" as you put it.

When mgt. stops this practice, I'll know when we have a well managed company.

I have run out of posts for the day, so any responses I will have to address tomorrow.

History repeats itself. In Wave's case, it is every three months.
