That is a fair comment. But unless you know something I don't know, I do not believe management is discussing anything with us on the Board. Now if I were the company, I would have someone check out this baord. Why? Becuase periodically the due diligence identifies information which could be pertinent to the business. If you haven't noticed, there are people who continually research the web to find relevant pieces of data.
