I doubt there will ever be a counter suit even if they are all dead wrong. Wave will move on with it's business plan and will forget these guys. Why would they even consider wasting thier time and money on these firms? They won't in my opinion.

The revenues and deployment will speak for themselves. To talk about a counter suit is ridiculous in my opinion.
