Question: Wave does not have a big institutional ownership of Wave shares. That institutions that do own shares, own them at some pretty good prices, well before the run up to $5.00. Does anyone think any of them will participate in a law suit? I don't.

Wave has stated in the past that there were 40,000 shareholders at some point in time. Where exactly are these law firms going to get enough people for a class action law suit?

It would take thousands and thousands of shareholders that own 1,2,3 thousand shares for them to get enough shareholders to participate.

I just don't see how this can fly.

I have had many phone calls today from family and friends I and told them all I am not worried. Wave is on track for Q1 of this year and that is all I am concerned about. If Wave was as bad as some are making them out to be, do you think Intel would let them in the doors in a couple of weeks?

Wave is in the middle of everything TPM. It is only a matter of time now. All in my opinion.
