BIo has applied for a patent in Canada and Bruno is named to a patent as the owner /inventor in the USA.
I am confident because all the key players seemed to have jumped ship. I am confident because Roberts has several of these units and appears 100% on board with RH. I will trust those that jumped ship had their legal advise before doing so. They certainly know the details of all the relationships involved more than anyone else. Bruno is not an employee he is a inventor and co owner of Bio. My question is he a 50 50 owner. I assume if he is he has a right to do anything he wants as does the other owner
I do "sense" a high level of confidence from Media on this subject as well as their attorney
I hope that info helps I am far from being considered knowledgable about patent law. I am a fast learner though and do enjoy all the issues that surrounds the market and the companies its a constant learning experience on many levels.
