Exactly DWP & U.S. patent law is clear that "inventors" always take precedent over any other applicants when patents are granted.

I feel that this whole Quebec court injunction was simply a bitter ploy by Caroni to get back at the 2 people who developed the SDS as they've obviously told him to shove it & now Caroni is left with nothing but sour grapes frivolous injunctions in a quebec court that IMO will be proven to be an exercise in futility...because the bottom line is simple...if Bruno & Gib told Caroni buh-bye then Caroni recognizes that with them go their invention & obviously the $$$$$$$$$$$'s so of course he's gonna be extremely bitter.

Regardless this is entirely my own speculation at this point & of course further details must surface on all fronts(MCCY's, the 2 inventors, BCST & the quebec court injunction front) but from where I sit the injunction itself tells us undeniably that Caroni's upset with the prospect of losing his 2 inventors & quite possibly much more.

Monday promises to be quite the day for MCCY as some much needed light is shed on the entire situation!
