The PR was put out by Biocognisafe.Ogilvy Renault is one of the biggest law firms in Canada. My comment here is rumour has it that Raphael Huppe is trying to shake out all the weak hands and he has been busy buying stock. I am told he has the backing of a hedge fund and is trying to get as much cheap shares for himself and his circle. He should have been prepared to respond to this PR by Biocognisafe.
