I am astounded that him knowing this judgement was made, has not seen it a mater of urgency to address the shareholders. If he have any business savvy then he would have sent a press release to counter this one already. I have my own opinion as to what exactly is goin on here but I can only speculate. The persons mentioned in the PR with Huppe seems to have worked for BIO and Farbos was also a founder. There must have benn a difference of opinion on joining forces with Huppe. Seems Forbas chose Huppe and Caroni went to court. This still does not give an excuse for RH not to have addressed his shareholders at the first opportunity. Also take note of the days mentioned for the judgements 6th and 14th.
