Strong LONG plays on today's newsletter, we steered clear of any technology on the long side and earnings plays we chose plus some retailers (Knowing FD's guidance report would be today prompted that although FD isn't one of them) are all showing gains. One is an earnings play showing considerable upside in "anticipatory upswing" This is a stock selector's market and if you choose the right stocks and right trend, you are okay. If you are just tooting your horn expecting semiconductors/telecom/ to recover quickly or earnings plays to just glide to upside after the report because they might have been up a while, you are in deep trouble!
