Alright Mr. Analysis:

Why don't you tell us what the fundamentals are as verified by someone that a reasonably cautious but informed US investor can place their trust in.

It turns out that everything I know about this company comes from these sources:

1. Gerald Parkin and NDOL Mgmt - NOT credible
2. Bio-Tracking Securities SEC Filings (inluding Merger Documents) - According to NWOG Mgmt, NOT credible
3. Ernest Malyshev and NWOG Mgmt - Apparently NOT credible
4. Various Russian Newspapers - Apparently ill informed (see identifying wrong SNG), don't understand difference between SZNG private and public
5. NWOG Auditors - Don't know how to foot, shoddy presentation, lack of footnotes ergo marginally credible. Besides, has anyone ever heard of them before?
6. Various message board posters - you be the judge...

Good times working based on those fundamentals, isn't it?
