i believe the real problem lies in the technical rather than the fundamentals: 1) the float is too large; 2) the share price is too small; 3) the stock is too thinly traded. These factors create a situation in which short sellers can control the market by simply trading to themselves with just a few hundred shares.

i suggest you take a look on PBHR. the stock might been heavily shorted recently. PBHR is a pinky that hasn't been uplisted, but so far the stock price hasn't move very much.

if my observation is correct, r/s is not necessarily a bad thing.
