That would have to do with the terms of the contract reb...so for now...for me anyway...I don't think it's even a part of the current equation moving forward simply because regardless if they received some restricted shares or not...they can't be sold for a one year period & therefore with their removal...Downshire is now 100% removed from the current mix!!!!
